Privacy
Last updated: 15 July 2026. This website processes a minimal amount of data: no accounts, no profiling cookies, no tracking of your browsing. The only data processed are the hosting's technical logs, the IP address needed to load the maps, and the voluntary parking reports, as explained below.
Data controller

Data collected directly
The only direct collection is the voluntary free-parking report on the map: if you choose to send one, we process the name or nickname you enter (optional), the comment, the point chosen on the map and the page language. Reports are published only after a review, stay online for at most 12 months and are then deleted; you can ask for removal at any time by writing to [email protected]. Do not include personal data in the comment (number plates, phone numbers). To prevent abuse we keep an encrypted, non-reversible version (hash) of the sender's IP address, never published, on the basis of legitimate interest. Beyond that, no contact forms and no accounts. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, aggregate cookie-less statistics that do not identify you and need no consent. The only cookie present is __cf_bm, set by our Cloudflare hosting for bot protection: it is technical, lasts about 30 minutes, does not identify you and needs no consent, so we show no banner.
Data collected by hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. This service records temporary technical logs for about 24 hours. The logs include your IP address, browser type and visited pages. The legal basis is the legitimate interest to prevent cyber attacks and abuse.
Third-party services
We use OpenStreetMap to display maps. When you load the map, your IP address is sent to their servers to provide the image. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing you a working map. The service is operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, based in the United Kingdom, a country recognised as adequate by the European Commission.
Transfers and storage
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare Inc., based in the United States: processing of technical logs may therefore involve a transfer of data to the United States. This transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not do profiling, we do not use targeted advertising techniques and we never share information for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification or deletion of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it). For any request, write to [email protected].
